This man has a HORRIBLE attitude and treats customers with disrespect. Everyone else we have dealt with in the dealership was kind and trying their best to assist us with a very unfair situation that occ with disrespect. Everyone else we have dealt with in the dealership was kind and trying their best to assist us with a very unfair situation that occurred to my son during the buying process at this dealership. There is no way this man deserves his position as a sales manager. He was rude, would not listen to our concerns, and made inaccurate assumptions. Even one of his fellow employees, that we were fortunate enough to work with instead of this guy after, said he treats many customers like that and that employee didn’t agree with the way he treats people either. The normal manager, we had been dealing with Zach was busy with another customer. I tried to update Kent on where we were at and I didn’t even get five words in and he told me what I was saying was not true. We already established the truth. I wasn’t there for that, I was there because they were going to make it right for my son and his truck purchase. He told us a dealership doesn’t have to disclose when a vehicle has been in a major accident. He might want to get educated in his occupation because in Florida if it impacts the structure of your vehicle by law, if asked you have to reveal that information. Up to this point we have been very kind dealing with everyone, but my son, in the long run, that went $200 above his comfortable payment and put money down, is at a loss now for what transpired that day during the transaction. With that kind of stress, he’s already dealing with the last thing he needed was a sales manager, like this guy trying to say that we were lying and throw it back on us. very unprofessional. If you are going to be dealing with customers, you may want to have some patience, listen more than you talk, and save your temper for behind closed doors. I am 200% sure there are way better employees that could handle that position at GMC more effectively and efficiently than this guy. More
