Minimal haggling and RJ in sales was great to work with. *Update While the sale went fine, the follow up afterward was non existent. That leads me to believe they just care about the money and not earning a customer for life. I called and emailed RJ about the refund I was supposed to get from my Toyota trade and he never once responded to my emails. When I called and spoke to him it was promise after promise the check was coming and nothing comes. Its been 1 month to the day i bought my truck and no check. RJ acts very sincere, but he's afraid to escalate to management or says its managements fault, He's full of crap. They are not customer focused. Stay away. More

SERVICE EXCELLENCE! I was at a competitive dealer for a "scheduled" appointment wit ha sales rep, who happened to be with another customer at the time I walked in, this i I was at a competitive dealer for a "scheduled" appointment wit ha sales rep, who happened to be with another customer at the time I walked in, this is not the problem, the problem was the 3 other sales guys tossing around a tennis ball, completely ignoring my presence. This is when my phone rang, to confirm a later appointment I made with RJ, I said I will be there in 20 minutes and just walked out of the other dealer. RJ was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I walked out that night with a new Cherokee at a more than fair price! This will not be my last purchase at Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge, TOP NOTCH! More

Only place to get a Jeep! RJ and Frank Mirabella were great! I called them the week I wanted a new jeep. They called me back immediately and hot exactly what I wanted and beat any price! They were very attentive when I was waiting for the paperwork. It didn't feel like I was waiting a long time at all. RJ had other customers waiting but he made sure all of my paperwork was complete and my jeep was ready before he spoke to any other customers. This was my first time working with RJ and I was very pleased with his professionalism and dedication to getting me exactly what I wanted. I came to Frank for the first time for my jeep 3 years ago and I couldn't be happier! Route 46 is the only place I would get my jeep and I live an hour away. More
