Frustrating, rude Sales People after they have your money. I really recommend that people pay attention to yelp reviews when making the decision to go to this dealership.  Unfortunately we made the decision to I really recommend that people pay attention to yelp reviews when making the decision to go to this dealership.  Unfortunately we made the decision to purchase a car on December 10.  I have never been treated so badly in my life after buying a car from Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge.  Not only did RJ the sales rep try and tell us that our trade in wasn't worth what KBB identified, he also insulted our intelligence by trying to tell us that there were more car dealerships in the Northeast than anywhere else and that was the reason my car wasn't worth anything.  It was only when we got up to leave that they agreed to pay us what it was worth.  Once the deal was done we had to wait an extra 40 minutes just to get the keys to the vehicle we had just bought.  We had to wait another 15 minutes while RJ talked to people while putting our temporary plates on.  We used a car buying service through our bank to purchase the vehicle and they made us feel that they were not making any money and it was a waste of their time.  We find out now on December 29th that our temporary plates have expired and the dealership has not even filed for our license and registration.  They have not even started the process.  We were forced to go there and pick up a loner car that smells to use for another 3 weeks or until they decide to put our paperwork through.  You will receive a nice letter in the mail telling you they want to make your car buying experience even better than it was however the so called General Manager that signed the letter does not even exist. The NEW sales manager that just so happened to take his place, Cauly, could not have been more rude and threatened to take away my loner car.  They told us they were doing us a favor by giving us a car because they failed to do their job.  Unless you want rude and condescending  service I recommend you steer clear of the dealership.  Customer service at Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge is only lip service. More

My 2nd car from RJ When the time came to get my second car, I didn't think where to go and who to ask for the help. RJ at route 26 Chrysler is "my guy". I told him what I want, he showed me few options and explained me my future payments. I wanted to test drive the car, which he assisted me with eagerly. He takes his time with you.
