The service person seemed disorganized. I called to check on my car and was told it was ready for pickup. When I arrived the manager discovered he was looking at wrong car and mine had not I called to check on my car and was told it was ready for pickup. When I arrived the manager discovered he was looking at wrong car and mine had not even been touched. It was late in day so I took it and left. Went to another facility where the error code revealed I needed to replace the canister purge valve. Southern replaced that a month ago. 2 weeks ago the check engine light came back on. Brought car in again and was told computer was cleared of code. Then Tuesday light came back on. This prompted my visit yesterday. The new facility checked the code and it still showed canister purge valve needs replacement or the code needs to be cleared. More

I have been truly pleased with every aspect of my dealings with Southern Ford.
