I have been a customer with Toyota of Union City since 2000 when it was Legacy Toyota. I am on my third Avalon and I love it. For the past several years, Clyde Chapman has been my service advisor and I trust him implicitly. He has never disappointed me and is always assisting me with what is important about the service needs of my car. I tried another service advisor once and was royally ripped off. I vowed never to deal with anyone but Clyde after that. I will and have followed him anywhere. He is exceptional and should he leave this location I will be right behind him even if it means purchasing another brand of automobile. I have been driving 48 years and I have never had a service provider like him He is simply the best, bar none!

I purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership in September. I have been waiting since then to be provided with the things promised by the dealer. I have spoken to several of the management staff including the GM himself, Mr. Hayley. I was promised a complete set of owners manuals for my Corolla, along with a complete set of keys for the vehicle. After not receiving these things after 1 month. I found out the sales person was no longer there. I spoke with 2 different managers after that and was promised several times that the issues would be taken care of immediately. After another month I was put in contact with the General Manager, he assured me that I would be made whole. He informed me that my keys were there and the books were there and he would have them shipped to me. Still have not received these things. I have been very patient with this dealer. I am in the industry, so I did not want to blast anybody. However after 4 months I need to speak up. If this were my dealership and these were my employees, I would terminate them all. This is piss poor customer service. We live on return and referred business. And I will certainly not refer any body to this dealer again.
