Good But Took Too Long I knew what car I wanted to buy. I inquired online. Javier got back to me immediately I said I would buy the car. He located one for me the next day a I knew what car I wanted to buy. I inquired online. Javier got back to me immediately I said I would buy the car. He located one for me the next day and updated me regularly. However, when I came in at the appointment to make the purchase, it took 3 hours ( I dealt with someone else that day.) I had my insurance handy, my credit is 840, I didn’t do a test drive, so why did it take so long? I couldn’t stay to get my Bluetooth set up because I can’t drive in the dark, and it was getting late. I will have to come back, or figure out how to set it up on my own. More

She was also really rude to her co workers in front of customers. Overall the process could have gone a lot smoother if it weren’t for her attitude and lack of wanting to explain the paperwork. More

I came in seeking a larger car than my sedan for my two kids. I originally wanted a Honda HRV but as soon as I sat in it I immediately found out it was too small. So, Chris let me test drive a CRV and I fell in LOVE! Chris was extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable, and helpful. He got me the exact model, color, and trim I wanted for the CRV and worked with me to get me a good deal. I can honestly say this is the first dealership I’ve been to where they’re not trying to rip you off. All the staff greeted me and were very friendly. He thoroughly explained all the details about the different makes of the car we were interested in and was so patience and understanding when we had even more questions. He made buying a car fun! I would recommend my family and friends to seek him out and buy a new or used car from Pat. He truly has a good heart and is such a good person! There needs to be more people like Pat! During the finance portion of our experience we were assigned to Rosa Chavez. Rosa was a trooper! We were there very late the night we bought our car so that meant that Rosa had to stay late too to wrap up the finances. She was incredibly patient throughout the entire process! Time was not important, WE WERE IMPORTANT! She answered all of our questions and worked out numbers multiple times until we found a comfortable number for our budget, never once was she annoyed or irritated with the fact that the process took so long. She was super sweet and very personal. We laughed and giggled and just had a stress free experience with her!
