The service was so slow and they never communicated with us at all. Our car has been in the shop for over 5 weeks and is still there. I will never buy a kia again from this location. us at all. This is the second time I have been here, after purchasing my kia from the location. Everytime I call, no one answers. They call back, but sometimes it takes a few rounds of phone tag before you ge purchasing my kia from the location. Everytime I call, no one answers. They call back, but sometimes it takes a few rounds of phone tag before you get through or it is so loud in the background you cannot hear well. Also, my radio has not been working for 5 months now and they are not fixing it. Apparently they do not have the needed materials, but there neighboring facility in greenbrier does. You would think they could borrow the needed materials or set me up with an appointment there, but insstead have been almost no help towards a solution. More

Service center is extremely slow and lackluster with the service. Some of the worse customer service I’ve ever experience in my life. They held my car for over a week and I would always have to call them to service. Some of the worse customer service I’ve ever experience in my life. They held my car for over a week and I would always have to call them to get answers. They never reached out to me to give me updates or inform me on when the vehicle was getting looked at. Held the car for 9 days total. I called Casey Kia in Newport News and they are leaps and bounds ahead of this location. The gave me an appointment day of and actually looked at the vehicle the next day. The even had a solution for me after only two days of having the vehicle. I understand some dealerships and shops are overwhelmed with cars and also that there’s a shortage of mechanics, but the communication was terrible from Virginia Beach! The conversations over the phone were disrespectful and there were no answers when I called except, “We’re working on getting to it. Maybe by the end of the week. We’ll see what we can do”. No sense of urgency or empathy from this shop at all. Newport News even hooked me up with a rental. Virginia Beach did not even offer me a rental or give me an option for one after holding my car for 9 days. I know some things are out of our control and situations at certain locations vary, but the communication and care form the VA beach location needs to be better. They need proper training on customer service and professional development. More

Said that I provided the wrong number when I didn’t then told me it would take over 3 hours for an oil change that I scheduled 3 weeks prior. The dealership was clean and they had water in the waiting area. But two issues I had one being I have to go back and have my oil counter reset cause it was not done. The other being a sales agent was waiting area. But two issues I had one being I have to go back and have my oil counter reset cause it was not done. The other being a sales agent was scheduled to met me to discuss a trade in and that was never done. Which was weird cause that was scheduled with the word of Robin. Left me feeling like little fish with no worth. Well it is what it is at this point. More

Sales keeps calling me to sell. Service let me drive my car off the lot with out torquing the lug nuts. I have mixed reviews.
