Avoid Kendall Hyundai service department! I have been trying to schedule my car for service since January. Each time I call I’m told that a service rep will call me back. I’ve never received I have been trying to schedule my car for service since January. Each time I call I’m told that a service rep will call me back. I’ve never received a callback. I finally get fed up and take my car in and I’m told I can’t leave it today because they’re in the middle of switching systems. I request to speak to a manager and I’m surprised. They “schedule” me for a valet service but guess what? No one calls me to pick up my car on the day of the valet service. So, AGAIN MY CAR HAS YET TO BE SCHEDULED FOR SERVICE!! We have two Hyundai’s from this dealership but since the service department has been so poor, we’ll be considering another dealership when the time comes. More
