We went to one Hyundai first where the guy said he would offer us a great deal on a Santa Fe, then offered us full price. We then went to Honda where my friend works and got offered a great deal on a CRV, when I asked the first Hyundai dealer if he could come down on price at all, he told us the CRV was WAY smaller than the Santa Fe and to have a great day and it was nice to meet us. Which I thought was extremely rude and that’s what made him lose our sale. From Honda, we went to the Hyundai right next door and walked in right before they closed. Drew helped us with a smile on his face and couldn’t believe what the first guy did. Especially since the two vehicles are NOT so different in size, the difference is a few inches. So he promised us a good deal, and he followed through. The next day, we agreed on the price that I wanted, and we signed the papers. On top of that, through out the entire process Drew did everything he possibly could to make sure we had the best experience possible. I am obsessed with my new car, I ended up with the one I wanted, got an amazing deal, and a wonderful dealer helped make it all possible. Thank you Drew. I am so happy to leave this glowing recommendation about him and the Jenkins Hyundai on Atlantic. Everyone was pleasant every time we were in there and in the end I got the newest model, and everything I could want for my family car. Even down to the color I wanted for everything. Right before I've arrived, the agent I spoke with and whom I was going to meet was totally different. I received a text from another sales agent which made me feel a little uneasy because I had already explained what my plans were with the previous agent and then had to explain again.... The sales agent, Dennovan, I ended up working with was great as far as no time wasted! with his fast pace nature! Although, I am slower in making sure I understand the process and what was happening. Dennovan made sure to pause if I had a question or needed something explained. He was open to any question and if he didnt know, he found it out! I left feeling easy and secure that my choice in Jenkins Hyundai was a good one! And if there are any issues they will take care of me and my family! Thank you.. More
