Our entire experience with Findlay Chrysler Dodge was great and there was none of the typical back and forth high pressure sales. Our Internet sales rep, Tyson, was very responsive and the hand off to Ryan Lunn in the on site sales department was seamless. Since we were coming from out of state, Ryan worked with us to make sure all of the paperwork and documentation were in order before we even left our driveway. Once in OH, Ryan confirmed all the details were in order, our truck was clean and ready to go and all of our questions were answered. Even though he had 3 clients converge at the same time, we never felt rushed or neglected. The signing of the paperwork with Rich Slack was easy to follow and handled in an efficient timeline. We would definitely recommend Findlay and especially Ryan Lunn. More
