Rashawn has been great to work with. I came in looking to trade in my Cadillac Escalade and was going to check out the Hyundai Palisade. Although I found the Palisade to be more comfortable and higher qualit trade in my Cadillac Escalade and was going to check out the Hyundai Palisade. Although I found the Palisade to be more comfortable and higher quality than the Kia Telluride I had looked at across the street. I noticed the Gv80 and asked to test drive it. I was sold! I’m going to be 50 and this sexy fast gorgeous vehicle will be my sexy mom car. I’ll feel like a million bucks driving it. Rashawn was very patient, knowledgeable , dedicated determined to find me just what I wanted. These cars are a bit of a unicorn so I really appreciate the regular calls, emails, and general communication reassuring me that I’ll have exactly what I want. I saw an ad online for a used Ford Edge at Crown Hyundai. I contacted them and my inquiry was answered by Glen Gasbarro. When we arrived Glen was with another customer so Rashawn Latimer took care of us. He was so nice, chatty, not one ounce of pressure. Danny the finance guy was great as well. He got me a great deal. Lizzy (sp) from insurance was an extra bonus. She added my new car to my policy and even gave me a quote for allstate that im still looking over. Over all this was the easiest auto purchase ever. I honestly had some anxiety coming in but was put at ease quickly. I would gladly make the drive again to buy another vehicle. More
