Recently, I was looking to purchase a new vehicle. I went to two other dealerships and in fact, had decided on a new 2020 Nissan Rogue. Before making my final decision, I went to look at the Hyundai's. As I entered Crown Hyundai, I was greeted very professionally by the staff who then directed me to Rashawn Latimer. I told Rashawn I had three must-haves. He listened to me and at no time did he try to sell me something different that was just available on their lot! As we went for a test drive, I was very impressed at how much knowledge Rashawn knew about the vehicle! He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns! I went there just to rule out the Hyundai but in fact, Rashawn sold me EXACTLY what I wanted! He was kind and personal in selling me my new 2021 Hyundai Tucson Ultimate! I told him what I wanted and he made it happen! I felt he really cared about me and not just a sale. I especially liked being able to communicate via text instead of having to call through the dealership. That in itself was a game changer. In addition, Danny Lai, in the finance office, was very professional, organized and I appreciated not feeling pressured to purchase additional warranties. I started my shopping experience on the phone to save time. I called different dealers this way to see who could get my daughter into one of their vehicles within my budget because I knew exactly what I time. Right away the salesman Rashawn wanted to earn my business while some of the others didn't really take me very serious. I was down to two good deals between Hyundai and Toyota (im a die hard Toyota fan), but Rashawn and his managers worked hard to give me a deal i couldn't refuse. The transaction continued seamlessly in person and the car itself was even better then I expected. They not only met my expectations, they exceeded it. Every staff member encountered were accomadating and the environment very welcoming. I was so pleased with the whole experience that I decided im buying a car for myself now. More

No way I would have thought after I left another dealership, having trouble with my trade in, that I’d be buying a brand new car at the always great.
