Here is a little story about my experience with the Crown Hyundai dealership. 1993 I arrived to the USA from Hungary too looking for better future and better life on the land of the opportunity... Aft Hyundai dealership. 1993 I arrived to the USA from Hungary too looking for better future and better life on the land of the opportunity... After I arrived, for working and mobilization I need a car, so everybody say it avoid and be careful with car dealers or dealerships. That was hard. During my past 29 years, I owned about a dozen of cars, most of them I purchased through dealers or dealerships and always remember the first lesson and I believe that was true, until beginning of June, 2022. Previously me and my family own a few Hyundai (2003 Tucson and Accent) so, end of May, 2022 my daughter and me we start to build a car on the Hyundai USA website. After we finished, we did a search where is that car available. We find the exactly car at Crown Hyundai, St.Petersburg. Right away I send an email to them to looking for that car. Next day I received an email from MIKUH MAGALLANES to respond my letter. I called him and basically that moment I had a feeling I will have my first new car in my life! Because the car was on the order, we have to wait to the dealership will receive. Mikuh and me we talking or sending email almost every second day. He guides me to do the pre-approval, and since that is happened, he secured the car for me! Our first date to pick up was Father's day, but the car was delayed to deliver to Crown Hyundai. That doesn`t break our conversation, still email, text or call to was a way to communicate each other, like brothers or friends. After that Mikuh informed me, the car will available after Fourth Of July. I said OK and I put myself a waiting period. Suddenly June 29, 2022, I received a picture from Mikuh, my car arrived the dealership! That was one of the greatest moments in my life! Right away I called to him and we decide I will go and pick up my car on Sunday, July 3, 2022. He also put a sign on the car: SOLD TO MR. PAL! He put the car into the showroom and send me additional pictures and also video! As you or anybody know, purchase a car from dealership will take a time, sometimes a few hours. Soon as I arrived, Mikuh was guide me all of the process, we take a test drive and start all paperwork. Mikuh was so good, professional, so friendly, i couldn't feel the time is going! We talk, fill papers, set everything so smoothly like I was feeling I`m some kind of celebrity or he just let me to feel I`m his friend and the most VIP person in the world! After I got the key and left from the dealership, I was a happiest person in the world! Not just my car, but I feel I find a friend, I find a great person and in my 29 years' experience I find a best dealer in my life! I hardly recommend him to every of my friend, family members, if anybody need an honest professional, excellent, friendly car dealer, looking for MIKUH MAGALLANES! ONE OF MY BEST DAY, AND THE BEST SERVICE IN MY LIFE More

All i can say is that i was blown away with the service from Crown Hyundai!! On my initial day of walking in, i was greeted by one of the sales people, Mikuh. He sat down with me for about 30 min and went from Crown Hyundai!! On my initial day of walking in, i was greeted by one of the sales people, Mikuh. He sat down with me for about 30 min and went over all the different cars they had that would fit my budget, as well as walked me around the lot showing them to me in person. Now, he knew i was not buying that day and still treated me with amazing customer service. Answering any questions i had. I had left the dealer ship and then returned 2 weeks later. when i had walked in unfortunately he was busy with a scheduled client. So i was then introduced to Austen, who was also very nice and walked me through the same process. When all hope was coming to an end, we found a beautiful 2022 Hyundai Venue that was looking to be in my budget. After a few hours of negotiating with the Sales Manager Tyler, we were able to make the deal! Mikuh also stopped over to make sure i was being taken care of. On the day of signing all of the papers, i was unable to drive it off the lot due to a recall in the seat belt. With the help of Steve the Service and Parts manager, they were able to expedite the part and have my drive her home 3 days after signing the paperwork. They called and kept me updated though out the entire process. Mikuh and Austen are a perfect example of perfect sales and customer service that you want to have when taking the steps in buying a car. They both have positive attitudes and don't push and make you feel pressured at all! From here on out i will be dealing with them for all future car purchase's. More
