Not so amazing Do not waste your time or money. They put on a good front, but are pretty darn shady. Bought a car from them a week and a half ago and already having Do not waste your time or money. They put on a good front, but are pretty darn shady. Bought a car from them a week and a half ago and already having issues with my car. Random misfires on cylinders 1, 2, 3. We recently moved (which they were aware of at the time of purchase) and even though we are in our 2,000 mile 60 day warranty they will not accommodate to fix the problem from where we are. We have to drive 3 plus hours with a janky car to get it fixed. Do your research before you buy a car and don’t trust all the positive reviews from here since they hound you to do one. Severely disappointed in this place. I had high hopes for them. They really need to drop family from their name because that is the LAST thing they care about. More

Fast and simple! I did application online talked to RAAD within 10 minutes of completion. He asked my price/payment range along with the must haves we required and cal I did application online talked to RAAD within 10 minutes of completion. He asked my price/payment range along with the must haves we required and called me back in about an hour he got me approved with 0 down and an SUV that had everything we where looking for. Went into the dealership and left with a new car in less than an hour. Best experience at a dealership I've ever had! More
