Great Experience! Just had a great experience buying a used car (Nissan Altima) at Family Toyota. The informed and attentive sales team of Eric Hill and Raad B. helped Just had a great experience buying a used car (Nissan Altima) at Family Toyota. The informed and attentive sales team of Eric Hill and Raad B. helped us test drive multiple cars answering all of our questions. There was really no pressure to buy and we felt the price negotiation was fair and honest. The reason we went to Family Toyota was due to the large selection of cars which made it very convenient. We would definitely buy another car from them. More

Nice experience overall. We were in the market for a pre-owned vehicle. Per our circumstances, we needed to make,a decision fairly quickly. We already had a pretty good idea o We were in the market for a pre-owned vehicle. Per our circumstances, we needed to make,a decision fairly quickly. We already had a pretty good idea of the kind of vehicle we were looking for and came onto the lot with a vehicle or two in mind we knew they had in stock. Our salesman, Raad, pointed us to a few pre-owned options which fell neatly within our price range and had some or all of the options we were looking for. We never felt pressured to go in one direction or the other and he kindly answered all questions we had about the car as well as the buying process. Unfortunately we were working on a very tight time schedule and we simply had to step away mid process to take care of some other obligations. Raad kindly offered to meet with us the following morning to resume the process. The following morning, things went very quickly and smoothly. Their Finance Manager, Joe, got us some really good terms on financing and that part of the process went very quickly but smoothly. All in all, it was a very good car buying experience and I would definitely recommend Family Toyota of Burleson and will definitely check with them again the next time I need to buy a car. More

Raad was rad! Great experience & customer service! Didn’t expect to find a vehicle perfect for our small family so quickly. Raad found the perfect car for our n Great experience & customer service! Didn’t expect to find a vehicle perfect for our small family so quickly. Raad found the perfect car for our needs & it wasn’t even inventory checked yet so he really didn’t even have to show it to us. The only criticism I have is that the detailing wasn’t as detailed as I would’ve like but it was probably due to the quick turnaround so I could take it home. Thank you! More
