I bought a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq from this dealership and was having issues with it from very long time. I am disappointment with the repeated issues I have been experiencing with my Cadillac LYRIQ. I have unresolved issues with my Cadillac LYRIQ and I am disappointed with the constant service visits, long repair times, and the fact that the same problems keep recurring even after multiple attempts at repair. I have had to bring my vehicle in for service more than ten times since purchase, which is completely unacceptable for a new Cadillac and dealing with repeated issues. More

They were very good to me, test drove, noticed an issue with the driver side mirror and they have been very good and very fast about taking care of it. They worked with me to beat another dealers price and with the driver side mirror and they have been very good and very fast about taking care of it. Rachel provided excellent customer service over the phone and made my appointment seamless. The fact that she was able to accommodate pick up and drop off loaner car and return of my car to my home, made lif and made my appointment seamless.
