She answered all our questions and guided us in purchasing a brand new car, in understanding all the benefits and resources we could take advantage of, and in getting us a great deal on our old vehicle that we were trading in . She was clear that the waiting could take up to 4 months (other dealerships had mentioned the same thing too). But Rachel kept in touch and believe you me, she got us a brand new car in 1 month! Better still, she collaborated with Tim to ensure we had all our questions about a new car answered. Tim took the time to help us get acquainted with the Toyota App. It was a new level of experience to see two salespeople working collaboratively rather than competitively. All stickers and plastic removed, gas tank full, paperwork filled out. We were in and out in an hour and a half. It felt like a high end purchasing experience and Rachel was an incredible professional - when spending over $80,000 on a car, I have expectations for service and Rachel exceeded them. She would respond to any questions I had and email/text me a response quickly. Rachel and the dealership also gave me a fair price for my trade-in. Once the vehicle was here, she even took care of getting some additional work done on the vehicle before I went to pick it up so I would have to spend extra time taking it to different places for window tinting and paint protection. She walked me through and demonstrated all of the new technology in the Highlander too. If you need a salesperson to work with, just ask for Rachel, and you can’t go wrong. More

This is the worst dealership. The car is almost brand new 2023 but the preown manager sonny he just dont care he yelled at me and he point his finger to my face because im a small girl that cant depend my self. They let us drive the bad car because they only care is they already earn money for me. Dont ever trust this dealership More
