Had the oil change done in 30 minutes! Was offered 4 free oil changes with the purchase of the vehicle. Scheduler was very pleasant! When I purchased the vehicle, I did not understand why they contacted 6 credit agencies when my credit score was 795 at the bank, and I actually had enough money in CD’s to cover the vehicle. The following month my credit rating was 745, because of “too many inquiries,” however the only inquiries were on the day I purchased the vehicle and that was 6! Also I was coerced into getting the extended service contract which I did end up canceling, but they just wouldn’t take no for an answer. I wouldn’t purchase a vehicle again from them. More
