I was a little surprised it took 2 days for repairs and oil change/tire rotation. They did not wash the car. They did however explain the what a certified vehicle was but it was after the fact which cost u oil change/tire rotation. They did not wash the car. They did however explain the what a certified vehicle was but it was after the fact which cost us a $100.00 deductible when we have the extended warranty with a 0 deductible and could have waited for the repairs until the certified warranty was done in the middle of June.
