No stars is more appropriate. ....but.... I scheduled an appointment to fix two re-call repairs. The repair notice said the repair would take 1-2 hours. The earliest time ava ....but.... I scheduled an appointment to fix two re-call repairs. The repair notice said the repair would take 1-2 hours. The earliest time available was 3pm so I booked it. I had an another appointment at 6 pm so I would be able to make that with time to spare. .I checked the box letting them know that I would wait for the car to be fixed. The Kia of Port Charlotte website had the re-calls registered for my vehicle so the time needed was there also. When I got to the service desk ( at 2:45pm ) I was told that the wait would be 4 to 5 hours. WHAT???? The service rep said my car wouldn't be getting into the shop for a couple of hours. WHAT??? Why give me an appointment time that includes a 2hour wait before work on my car even begins? The dealership is a 35 minute drive from my home. They offered to drive me home but then I would have no way to get to my other appointment. (I only have one car.) Needless to say, I left without getting my car fixed. Thanks for nothing Kia of Port Charlotte. More
