I have explained it to your Corp office, they said they will speak to your owner, I was disrespected by your Sales Manager, Supposed Sales Manager, Told the owner of the dealership does not have time to speak to customers, He was out on his yacht, (really), They tried to and have in the past over sold my granddaughter when she brought her Kia in, that we cosigned for. So now my husband has to go up there when her services come due. A young lady named Rachel did help us out when my granddaughter was told by the service department that her recall was fixed and there was nothing more that they could do. I had to go up there and remind them what ever the problem it was under warranty, Rachel did straighten it out. This is how you handle customers that have purchase 3 cars since you have been open. I sure miss Billy
