She went above and beyond - showing me "the ropes" on the HR-V I bought & offering to help me get my phone hooked up to the car system if I wanted to bring it back when it was convenient for me. She followed up with calls to check on things and remind me she would be happy to help get my phone connected. I highly recommend going in to see Rachel for a great car-buying experience! More
