This is something that should of taken me a minute to however it is something i have been contemplating how to articulate for over a half hour. I can not say enough about Vincent and EVERYTHING he did fo however it is something i have been contemplating how to articulate for over a half hour. I can not say enough about Vincent and EVERYTHING he did for me. He was one of the sole reasons why i stayed with Premier rather going to a different Subaru dealer. He really connected with me on a personal level. He answered every question i had, really took his time with me. He even went out of his way to help me find affordable insurance through a connection he had. He went so above and beyond for me i am so extremely grateful. This being my first time buying a new car Vincent went out of his way to correct the wrongs and make sure it was a memorable experience. This man is a AMAZING asset to Premier Subaru and does not DESERVE to be treated the way he is from management. Ryan was also fantastic he took me on a test drive while i was waiting for Vincent. He answered every question i had and made the car ride that could be awkward everything but awkward we shared laughs and stories it was another wonderful encounter with the Premier staff. William was also great and helped me get my dream car and reassured me i wouldn’t get destroyed on insurance being under 25. Carlos was exceptional at being friendly and helping showing me all my new bells and whistles that came with the car. I had many questions and he answered them all and thoroughly took his time with me which was greatly appreciated. Sarah and Rachel while i did not work with them i have to give them 5 stars. They were very approachable welcoming and friendly it really made me feel at ease. What these reps go through on a daily bases by a verbal abusive general manager is truly disgusting and they DESERVE better. I had an incident where my mother over heard Joseph call Vincent xxxxxxxx to his face. Having a brother who has ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) a special needs advocate and someone who works with special needs individuals we were flabbergasted by the the language and incredible disgusted. It truly made me sick to my stomach. It makes me sick just thinking about it now. We confronted Joseph about this which lead to a verbal altercation. He proceeded to proclaim he never said that and lie right to our faces as we watched the whole thing occur and the words come straight out of his mouth. He also started talking down upon my mother and trying to belittle her as if she was insane. He also said that it’s was “His store so it’s his concern” when i asked him to step away and leave me alone... (leading us to believe he was the Owner... not a general manager of Premier). This lead to me storming out of the building and not wanting to go back in. If it WAS NOT for Vincent and the sales representatives i would have NEVER EVER EVER come back to Premier let alone recommend anyone to go to this location. In the end Joseph apologized for the occurrence shook my hand... but never once did he look at my mother or acknowledged her or apologize to her. It seems that women are below him or not good enough to apologize to.. truly disgusting.. I am completely disgusted at the fact he is the general manager. It upsets me even more that these sales reps have to deal with this on a day to day bases... No ONE should EVER be treated like that... If he talks to his sales reps like that i can’t even stomach what they go through everyday. Anyone who thinks that type of language is acceptable today is truly a disgusting human being. Everyone that i have 5 stars to should honestly get 10 the were phenomenal and i can’t thank them enough for making this experience wonderful!!! Joseph got 1 star because 0 or negative wasn’t an option. I am giving my experience 5 starts due to the tremendous experience Vincent made for me with buying my first new car. If it wasn’t for Vincent, Ryan, William, Carlos, Rachel, Sarah i would be giving a 1 star. I can not thank them all enough for everything they did for me! More

Best Customer Service You Can Receive I am a recently new car buyer. I am in my early twenties and I purchased my first car (used) back in my teens. I was looking to buy a brand new vehicl I am a recently new car buyer. I am in my early twenties and I purchased my first car (used) back in my teens. I was looking to buy a brand new vehicle for the snowy winters and I began looking at Honda since my first car was one. I received horrible customer service at one of the Honda dealerships and decided to look elsewhere. I always believed Subaru was great, but I thought that it was too out of my price range. I decided to give it a try and I loved the new 2020 Subaru Legacy. I was aware that they changed the car completely and I fell in love with it, but still believed that, for what I wanted and needed, it would be too much to pay. I looked all multiple dealerships one Saturday morning in October in Watertown and I decided to give Premier Subaru in Watertown a try. I test drove the 2020 Legacy at a closer dealership already, but the salesman had no information about it since it just came out. I started off speaking to Bill, one of the sales manager, and he was an overall genuinely nice man. He wanted me to feel welcome and he felt sorry that I received terrible service at other dealerships. I told him what I wanted to look at and he brought it out immediately. My boyfriend and I were then met with Carlos who explained the car inside and out for me, showed me the other color I was looking at, and gave us a wonderful experience. I met Rachel once we got back from our test drive. We ran into a little problem and she managed the situation perfectly. She was very funny, informative, knowledgeable, and a genuinely honest and nice person. She was very easy to talk to, she asked me what I wanted and she would do her best to get me in it. She took care of me, the entire dealership did. The incentives, the people, the customer service etc. are what won me over. They made my first (new) car purchase so easy and I won't go anywhere else. They gained a client for life. Most people look at me and end up not giving me a second glance since I am young, but Bill and Rachel didn't care about that. Their thing was why wouldn't they invest in someone like me who will be buying cars for the rest of my life. I want to thank the people at Premier Subaru of Watertown for all of the help. Bottom line is I finally got my Subaru Crosstrek It's been a while since I've purchased a vehicle. I did my homework and decided to buy a new or used 2019 Crosstrek. A friend had just purchased one It's been a while since I've purchased a vehicle. I did my homework and decided to buy a new or used 2019 Crosstrek. A friend had just purchased one just weeks before from this dealership and had done all the research. I knew the vehicle would be safe, durable and reliable as its reputation preceded it. When I arrived at Watertown on November 21st, I learned that they had only one or two new and used 2019s. I learned I could not afford a new 2020. I was assigned Vincent as my Sales Consultant. I LOVED Vincent. He is a funny and charming man who actually listens when you speak. He entertained my thoughts as they bounced around a bit and advocated for me to get the best possible priced to get me into the vehicle I selected which was a 2019 with 3880 miles on it. Issue I didn't like the most: the amount of hours that went into making the purchase. On the 21st, I was at the dealership for about 3 1/2 hours. I signed some of the paperwork and scheduled to return the following day at 4:30 to meet with Juan in finance and complete the purchase which included the trade-in of my 2009 Ford Escape. That process did not go smoothly. However, after some dealings with Juan and William, the floor manager (who, by the way, is VERY GOOD with handling difficult situations and resolving them quickly [handsome too]), everyone made sure I left with my virtually new 2019 Subaru Crosstrek Premium. I note that the second day, I was there fore about 2 additional hours. Total time to purchase the vehicle: about 5 1/2 hours. I would also like to mention the support that Vincent received from his co-worker, Rachel. Her desk was next to his and, while he was trying to make everything work, she and I hit it off. Her knowledge and technological abilities seemed to be a great asset to the dealership. I also very much appreciated Carlos who sat with me in the vehicle and showed me how to use all of the gadgets and technology in the vehicle. It seems that everyone had a role to play and they all worked well together. Would I buy there again? Most likely but, as I understand it, Subaru's last a long time so I probably won't be back for at least 10 years. Would I recommend Watertown? Absolutely. Suggested improvements: Only two: (1) When a customer says they can afford $____ price, don't make them fight for hours until you get them there. (2) Set up better lighting in your parking area. After going through the different packages Subaru had to offer, he then showed us the car that we needed and had the packages with safety features we were looking for.Not too often you find a salesman that's willing to take the time to listen.The manager Jatin , Bhavsar better known as JB was extremely helpful and patient with not only pricing but finding the car I wanted instead of the car he had.I wanted it as a gift for my wife on are 20th year anniversary which was September 13th ,YES he had it and ready that night.Vincent and JB jump through hoops to make this happen as the car came in that day at 10AM .Vincent greeted my wife at the door with a bouquet of flowers and said Happy Anniversary ,and then a team of professionals taught her everything about the car. Buying a car at Premier Subaru wasn't jest buying a car,I felt like it was being a part of something better, like the old days when people really care about people . More
