To save time, all I can say is that Rachel Santos was a key figure in why we bought from Premier a second time. Rachel was friendly. I've been back the service team, and they are very courteous and I love that they have a whole greeting team upon arrival, which makes me feel very welcomed. I would return to buy another vehicle if I needed to. The vehicle was/ is a winner - no mechanical problems whatsoever.
