Gus was great when I brought my vehicle in for a safety recall and this was my second time at metro Honda. The car was ready before the estimated time too. The first visit I had to metro Honda was for a recall and this was my second time at metro Honda. The car was ready before the estimated time too. The first visit I had to metro Honda was for an oil change and the advisor I sat with (Rachel) seemed miserable and unhappy to be there. My visit was back in October of 2020 so the fact that I still remember her demeanor says a lot. So my positive ratings for the service center are solely thanks to Gus. Would’ve been 5 stars straight across if it wasn’t for Rachel. More
