Very nice Rachel was very helpful. I did encounter a gent in the beginning who’s desk I was told to sit down at. When. I did, he gruffly told me he was leaving Rachel was very helpful. Fast and easy Service was done in time frame promised, done effectively, and impact on my work life was basically none with the benefit of a very nice loaner. My customer service care person Rachel was wonderful and sensitive to my special life circumstances. I originally used another dealer service center but after one oil change with Metro I decided to switch. Almost 2 years later, and I am still satisfied with the customer service experience at Metro Honda. I hope to make a new CR-V purchase in the next year and will make it at Metro. More

Service I took the vehicle l lease for an oil change and to check to see if it needed any other service. Rachel was the only one working at the receiving desk I took the vehicle l lease for an oil change and to check to see if it needed any other service. Rachel was the only one working at the receiving desk during the time l was there. The entire time l sat from 6:30pm to approximately 8:30pm she was running around assisting all clients.
