Fast and easy Service was done in time frame promised, done effectively, and impact on my work life was basically none with the benefit of a very nice loaner. My customer service care person Rachel was wonderful and sensitive to my special life circumstances. I originally used another dealer service center but after one oil change with Metro I decided to switch. Almost 2 years later, and I am still satisfied with the customer service experience at Metro Honda. I hope to make a new CR-V purchase in the next year and will make it at Metro. More

Service I took the vehicle l lease for an oil change and to check to see if it needed any other service. Rachel was the only one working at the receiving desk I took the vehicle l lease for an oil change and to check to see if it needed any other service. Rachel was the only one working at the receiving desk during the time l was there. The entire time l sat from 6:30pm to approximately 8:30pm she was running around assisting all clients. I personally thanked her and even suggested she should be recognized for her hard work and dedication. I was very pleased with her service. More

She was also able to accommodate me with a loaner vehicle so I can get back and forth to work during the 2 day repair process.
