Honestly I never used to go to a dealer for service but in Brandon Honda's case it really is a great place to have your car serviced. Nuff said. More

Very disappointed with Brandon Honda We are extremely dissatisfied with Brandon Honda and consequently with Honda itself. In July 2016, we decided it was time to replace our 2006 Buick L We are extremely dissatisfied with Brandon Honda and consequently with Honda itself. In July 2016, we decided it was time to replace our 2006 Buick Lucerne (with approximately 150,000 miles). At our age, we wanted a reliable vehicle without expensive maintenance. We chose a 2014 Odyssey so we could take our Sun City Center friends on excursions and to evening services (since several do not drive after dark) After an extremely long day of talking to our salesperson and the sales manager, we thought we had found a great vehicle that we could comfortably afford with a great warranty. Then we were locked in a small room with a finance manager, who kept adding fees, car care plans and more warranties adding thousands to the cost. We were led to believe that we were purchasing a car care service plan that would more than meet our needs. Before leaving the premises, we noticed a small chip in the windshield (that was not seen while we were test driving). We were told that it was no problem, it would be fixed. When we brought it in to be fixed, we were told to contact our insurance company to have it fixed (more hassle for us). Then imagine our shock when we took it in for service to be told that it was $500 for a 30000 mile maintenance. The vehicle had 25,973 miles on it when we purchased it. Our last visit was scheduled before we travel to Ohio and Michigan. We were told we needed a new battery. Even after a coupon, this visit was $143.39. We know we could have found a comparable vehicle and continued to use our local car service for much less expense and hassle. Although we do like our Odyssey van, we would not recommend a Honda vehicle or Brandon Honda dealership to anyone. More
