Service Review for Brandon Honda I have been dealing with Brandon Honda since 2008. We lived in Brandon at the time. We now live in The Villages, about 80 miles away. We traveled to Brandon to buy our 2015 CRV Touring, and continue to return for all service. Bob Horvorka is my Service Manager, dealing with Bob is like dealing with my brother. In Bob's absence (if we need to come on his day off), he always has Jenn or Rachel Take care of us. And, that has always been as though he were there. More

Great Customer Care! Auggie, Steven, and Rachel were great! I am not an easy customer to please or deal with and they not only offered me great customer service but cared Auggie, Steven, and Rachel were great! I am not an easy customer to please or deal with and they not only offered me great customer service but cared about my car frustrations. Somehow in today's business world courteous customer service has diminished. Brandon Honda's service team are the exception. They have managed to keep this intact and are a great example for other companies to follow. Keep up the great work and partnerships with Enterprise (amazing staff as well). p.s. Whoever hears again from the person who sales you a car? I never had until Eddie. He called me six months after my purchase to check how everything was going. This for me speaks highly of Honda and their employees. Thanks for the follow up call. More

The outside reception people were great, as usual. Then Rachel explained what they were going to do and the time it would take - she made sure I would be comfortable during the wait. Excellent I got routine service with a short wait on Saturday. Rachel Christie is my service advisor and is caring, competent and always goes the extra mile. I feel more like family than a customer each time I come in and this is the best service experience I have ever had with any auto dealership. No question where I will get my next car and who I will have service it. There is no better place to do business than Brandon Honda and the staff there.
