Service Review Needed to take my 2014 Edge in for a check engine light. The whole experience was great. I was greeted promptly and had my vehicle checked in. Rachell Needed to take my 2014 Edge in for a check engine light. The whole experience was great. I was greeted promptly and had my vehicle checked in. Rachelle advised me she would update me when the tech diagnosed problem. Received a call from Rachelle next work day and she advised me problem would be corrected that day. Vehicle was completed as promised. Rachelle is an amazing professional and provides outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Rachelle and dealership. More

Service and Maintenance - The Best My check engine alarm came on so I quickly took my Fusion to Gosch Ford Service. Rachelle Long got my car right into the technicians and they determin My check engine alarm came on so I quickly took my Fusion to Gosch Ford Service. Rachelle Long got my car right into the technicians and they determined the car required a complete download of its software. Brought it back the next day and it's done. Driving away, I noticed my rear window won't close. Back to Rachelle and the car needs parts from Ford. She arranged a rental for the duration of my repair, which turned out to be a week waiting on parts. Rachelle kept in touch daily with progress. Finally, my car is repaired. Rachelle is the Best. She is professional, attentive, knows how to keep the customer informed. And, all of this was covered by my extended warranty. I really appreciate Rachelle, Thanks for Gosch and Rachelle for taking such great care of me and my Fusion. More
