Sorry, I was less than happy with the level of service. I made it very clear several times that the vehicle and the driver (my daughter) were moving back home for the summer months. There was a complete lack of urgency to expedite things which caused me to have to rent a vehicle to continue our trip back home (you said your loaners can't go out of state), and then had to buy a flight back to release the car when it was ready...secure and pay for storing the car for the summer. All of this could have been avoided if it was assigned two days earlier. I realize there is a queue but my dealer back home will make exceptions for travelers for obvious reasons. Additionally, I was the one who had to suggest checking other local dealers for the part needed. If this was done sooner the car would have been done in time for me to not have to spend an extra $2k out of pocket. More

They were able to get me a shuttle to take me home after dropping off the car!I was happy they didn't dismiss me and told me that I was crazy since the reason I came in was for the engine light and at that dropping off the car!I was happy they didn't dismiss me and told me that I was crazy since the reason I came in was for the engine light and at that time the light was not on. They still went and completed the diagnostic. Hopefully it won't turn on anytime soon! More

My experience with the service department was extremely disappointing. The issue wasn't just the repair itself—it was the way I was treated throughout the process. Communication was poor, phone calls were disappointing. The issue wasn't just the repair itself—it was the way I was treated throughout the process. Communication was poor, phone calls were not returned, and I felt as though my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. Instead of being treated as a valued customer, I felt like an inconvenience. The staff lacked professionalism, provided inconsistent information, and showed little interest in resolving my concerns. What should have been a straightforward service appointment became a frustrating experience that required repeated follow-ups on my part. Customer service is just as important as technical expertise, and unfortunately this service department failed on both fronts. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and with very little confidence in their commitment to customer care. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership's service department to others. More

I asked some silly questions (didn’t know what drum breaks were and that they last basically forever), didn’t talk down to me for not knowing.
