Frustrating. Been in for the same issues multiple times. Issues with brakes are a safety issue - regardless of what VW and Tynan's says. It's amazingly disappointing the number of issues we're being asked to tolerate for a brand new vehicle. Not at all what we expected when buying our first VW. It's truly sad that this kind of apathy is the standard. We'll certainly not be recommending Volkswagen / Tynan's to family and friends. More

Did not fix and sent me out with a very simple problem, after having car for 2 days,then told me they would call me to bring back the next day I waited to to hear from them until afternoon then called and after having car for 2 days,then told me they would call me to bring back the next day I waited to to hear from them until afternoon then called and was told that he forgot,, but would get it done next morning I got there at 7am and repair was completed within 90 min however,I had some some other simple service items done but makes me wonder did they do them correctly also I was in the auto business for 32 years and this was a very sloppy tech and was becoming of a new car store this is the second new vehicle l have bought from Tynns dealership More
