My interactions with Rachide were positive. Other than him, I had to ask you to charge the car when it was at 60-something percent. You should be doing that for customers. The service from Rachide was excellent he was thorough with explaining to me what was wrong with my car. My issue is with the lack of loaner cars that was available. My car was held for over a week and no with explaining to me what was wrong with my car. My issue is with the lack of loaner cars that was available.
