We bought a used 2021 Ford Escape SEL for our daughter who will need it in college. The previous evening Nick tried to work a deal with a very similar vehicle that happened to be at your Kenny Ross Subaru lot right up the highway. That staff was the complete opposite and we felt horrible at the disrespect they showed not only us, but Nick as well. But, we moved on and we're completely satisfied with KRF. We've been customers for almost 20 years, and our daughter will be making her own first purchase there as well. More
