She’s very nice & helpful but gets no support from Ma She’s very nice & patient & she definitely knows what she’s talking about! However, when it came time to discuss price, her Manager was not supportive She’s very nice & patient & she definitely knows what she’s talking about! However, when it came time to discuss price, her Manager was not supportive of her work. The price he had her quote us was an insult. Though we bought a Subaru from them only 4 years previous ,they were quite inflexible on price. The manager must’ve thought we were dumb & hadn’t done our research, but we had. Another nearby dealer gave a better price for exact same model but we ended up with a Hyundai only because they offered 0% financing. We were planning on buying a Subaru the day we met Rae if not for that ridiculous quote her boss gave us. Supposedly, Hassett Subaru & Grand Prix Subaru hate each other & will do anything to steal a sale from the other, so definitely try to pit them against each other & go between the 2 dealers to try & lower the price! More

My wife and I both purchased 2019 vehicles and Back in January, I wrote a review extolling the virtues of our experience at Hassett Subaru of Wantagh. My wife and I both purchased 2019 vehicles and we couldn't have been happier. Not soon after, I had a very unique issue with my vehicle that required many communications with Subaru of America (SOA) in New Jersey. To make a very long story short, the management team at Hassett Subaru intervened on my behalf and brokered a positive solution that was amenable to all. I am happy to report that all is well with both vehicles. Hassett Subaru advertises with a slogan "Customer First". I have rarely seen or experienced any company actually practice what they preach. Hassett Subaru has done so and now they have customers for life. More

She asked what we were looking for and when she mentioned the special pro From the moment we stepped into the dealership and met Rae we felt at ease. She asked what we were looking for and when she mentioned the special program for an Outback we decided on that. She researched right away and found that the car we were looking for was available and we negotiated very fairly on our trade in. We purchased and drove away with a new car within 24 hrs! I've never been so compulsive but I knew we were getting a good deal on a very safe car. She explained all the various safety features and options; a lot more than we had on our last car! For a senior it was a lot to absorb and she patiently repeated and reviewed them with us. We're in love with our car and would recommend Rae again and again and will return to Hassett when our lease is up. More
