I purchased a 2023 Ford Explorer from Hasset Ford 3 months ago and I still have not received my title. This is NOT a DMV problem it is a Ford/Hassett problem. I was first told it take 30 days then 60 d months ago and I still have not received my title. This is NOT a DMV problem it is a Ford/Hassett problem. I was first told it take 30 days then 60 days it now has been almost 90 days. I called and left the manager Scott a message 2 times no return call. I have left messages for the finance department no call back. I have left messages for the salesman no call back. I need the title to register the vehicle and no one at this dealership cares at all or even returns a phone call. I will never buy a vehicle here again! More
