Jamie was fantastic and did a great job. Was disappointed the inside of the car was dirty when I got it back (typically Sun BMW) sweeps the inside of the car. Second it was surprising that h Was disappointed the inside of the car was dirty when I got it back (typically Sun BMW) sweeps the inside of the car. Second it was surprising that having an RS6 the only option is a machine touch wash as I’m assuming most folks don’t want these cars machine washed. I think if it’s a 15 dollar value (according to the bill) hand washing should be an option for these caliber of cars. I got tires put on the car and they are brand new but were very dirty when I got the car back. That was also surprising. I got charged for a gallon of gas when the loaner was returned even though I had filled it up in past where it was when I received it. I did get it refunded but I had to catch that to have it happen. Overall I hope the next experience when I have the car in for a service goes smoother. More
