I chose to work at a dealership because I have been in the car scene for a couple years now and love going to car meets, car events and seeing all the cool things you can do with cars so I felt this was a perfect fit for me. We were dealing with a very difficult issue. The service department was trying to fix an intermittent fault, the Issue kept returning. This went on for weeks. My frustration had peaked. Mechanicsburg Audi made me a offer I couldn't refuse. I'm now driving a new Q5. They exceeded my expectations and then some. I very pleased with the outcome, they didn't need to do what they did. There goal was customer service not what was best for the dealership. I am very glad I was dealing with mechanicsburg Audi, I will be doing so for a long time. More

They took care of everything i needed. My car needed a part that was not available and was soposed to go on vacation. Derrick went out of his way to make sure that I didn't miss my vacati My car needed a part that was not available and was soposed to go on vacation. Derrick went out of his way to make sure that I didn't miss my vacation and got me a loaner to use. The car was taken care of for when I returned. Service and staff always top notch!! More
