Reuben the salesman was excellent in terms of showing me the cars and explaining the basics of pricing. In the end, I was sold on the leasing specials for a 2025 Honda Accord. The process was rather smooth for the most part. The only glitch with the lease was the fact that we never discussed the trade-in of my old car until the carry end, which would have reduced the monthly lease payment. The last gentlemen that Inspokenwith stated that the dealership was offering $1350 for my 2024 Chevy Cruze and a check would be mailed to me following the Labor Day weekend. To this day I have yet to see the check, which is a bit concerning. More

They demonstrated a patient, no-pressure approach that made the experience comfortable, even for someone who does a lot of research before buying. What impressed me most: - Clear, indepth explanations of vehicle features and technology - Honest, upfront pricing with no hidden fees - Thorough test drives that highlighted real-world benefits - Transparent financing options with competitive rates - Friendly follow up and attention to after-sales service They helped me compare trims, color options, and packages without rushing me. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Honda of Fort Myers. After trading in my vehicle as part of my purchase agreement, the dealership has failed to pay off my trade-in as promised. I purchase of Fort Myers. After trading in my vehicle as part of my purchase agreement, the dealership has failed to pay off my trade-in as promised. I purchased and traded in a vehicle with them on 08/03/2025. By FL state law and as stated in the agreement, they should pay off the loan balance 10 days after getting possession of the trade-in. This is not just a minor inconvenience—it has left me stuck with financial responsibility and stress that should have been resolved immediately after the deal was signed. As of 08/21/2025, they have not complied with the agreement. What makes this situation worse is the complete lack of communication and accountability from the dealership. Calls and emails go unanswered, and when I do reach someone, I only get vague promises with no follow-through. A dealership of this size should understand the serious financial consequences of not honoring trade-in agreements, yet they have shown no urgency or professionalism in resolving the matter. When a customer trades in a vehicle, they trust the dealer to handle the payoff promptly and responsibly. Unfortunately, this dealership has broken that trust. Their failure to comply with the agreement and their silence when asked for updates show a disturbing lack of integrity and respect for their customers. I urge anyone considering doing business here to think twice. A car purchase should bring peace of mind, not ongoing stress from a dealership that refuses to honor its word. More
