I was getting my vehicle serviced and bumped into Kes at dealership. Kes talked with me and showed me all the options and features on a new civic that I was interested in purchasing. He was outstanding and dealership. Kes talked with me and showed me all the options and features on a new civic that I was interested in purchasing. He was outstanding and provided everything that I needed to my my decision on a new 22 Honda civic sport. The technology has been much improved from my 2003 and Kes was able to walk me through and show me everything and answer all of my questions and concerns. They didn’t pressure us. Kess, our salesman, was personable and kind and tried his best to make a deal that we agreed with. We were looking for a new car, and called the dealership. The young woman who answered told us that we could come in and shop for a car appointment only. I thought that was strange so we went anyway. We were standing outside looking at some cars and a young man by the name of Kess Rene approached us. Very friendly and warm. I showed him a picture of the car I had seen online and he said will just wait here, I will go get it. He brought us the car we took it for a test drive in knew we wanted to buy it. It was a 2019. We actually at his suggestion, upgraded to a brand new one. It’s beautiful and we just love it. Everyone was super friendly, a manager also came over and spoke with us. At the conclusion we went to finance where Joe Royko finished up with us. It was dark and we were leaving. Kess came out to the car with us and showed my husband all the features so we would be Familiar with the car. I would highly recommend Fort Myers Honda for a car purchase to anyone. Very happy customer. More
