Credit Bureau Inquiries I have a FFC WPB hard inquiry in addition to several other hard inquiries from several lenders in 1/2018 for an SUV that I purchased back then. Most r I have a FFC WPB hard inquiry in addition to several other hard inquiries from several lenders in 1/2018 for an SUV that I purchased back then. Most recently, I purchased another vehicle for my my wife in 9/2018 my wife and I both have 2 hard inquiries from FFC WPB 9/2018. In addition I have hard inquiries from 2 lenders as well. Lat week, I contacted your WPB General Manager to speak about having the inquiries removed. he stated he would call me back the very same day that I spoke with him which was the week of 9/23/18. The FFC WPB inquiries should have been SOFT inquiries. I am still awaiting for ANY type of response. Before I go to the Florida Attorney General I am fore warning you to respond to me in any way.
