They are writing there own reviews I had a stroke and open heart surgery and then my wife got in a car crash. I went to go buy a car a BMW 328i and put 3000 down paper work said 3000 do I had a stroke and open heart surgery and then my wife got in a car crash. I went to go buy a car a BMW 328i and put 3000 down paper work said 3000 down but wasn't taken off overall price .a lot was going on and I was just worried about my monthly payment and they dragged the process on for 3 hours . By the time I signed papers I didn't notice that my down payment became a 2500 $ paint protection I never asked for or got . But on most review sites you don't need proof you bought a car to wright a review . Florida fine car probly pays someone to wright reviews on all web pages cause no way they are 5 stars. I have seen how they work . Beware of the dishonest used car salesman YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED p.s I don't remember that sales lady name or the old finace guys name who pencil whipped me because of my stroke so I have to check a name to wright this review . Worst car buying experience. STAY CLEAR! I have been through the worst car buying experience at Florida Fine Cars in West Palm, FL. I drove 175 miles to this dealership and they were aware. I have been through the worst car buying experience at Florida Fine Cars in West Palm, FL. I drove 175 miles to this dealership and they were aware. I purchased what I thought was a great deal in a 2013 Fiat 500 Abarth on 4/8/17 for my son’s graduation present. It has been a nightmare, in every aspect. The only honest employee was Candice, the receptionist. She let me know there was an accident on the Carfax, but my Sales Associate Louis Obregon acted as though he was unaware of it. The car was on the lot for over six months, so I believe they were aware of all the issues as stated below. As my son and I looked over the car with Rafael Espaillat, General Manager, I asked him about the accident. He said this car was thoroughly checked over by Fiat, so it will be safe and should not have any issues. I frankly would NEVER have driven to West Palm for a car that was in an accident or with only one key. The night we drove it home, the passenger side headlight was burnt out, an obvious safety issue. When we got home, the driver’s side window came off track and it almost fell out. I had it checked out at a trustworthy garage and they found the window regulator is broken and it will cost about $200 to replace. The service light came on and found it needed an oil change, full synthetic costing normally $50 but got a discounted price of $35, thankfully. We had two light bulbs to replace for a total of $64, since the other headlight burnt out, also. When we picked up the car I was told there was only one key for the car. I was reluctant because I would be turning this over to my son and I found that a replacement key and FOB for this car would cost upwards of $200 plus, from Fiat. We hadn’t had the car a full two days yet and we are at over $500. Evan Moss, Finance Manager, had me at the Dealership for hours and he incorrectly submitted my paperwork. I had been preapproved through SCCU and made him aware. He wanted to pull my credit to get a better rate. Evan grew impatient with the process and said they would provide me a courtesy contract. The so called courtesy contract had an approximately 6.9% APR attached to it when I had qualified for a 4.19% preapproval through SCCU. I called Evan on Monday and he reassured me the original preapproval would be honored. I came to find out Evan had ignored my preapproval and went directly to SCCU and I am now locked into a $209/ month payment instead of $197. Evan did not amend the payment that would be about $197/ month. Ridiculous and unscrupulous! I have called daily to get Rafael or anyone to respond, to no avail. Every time I call they were in meetings or not in. Four days after buying the car and threatening further action, they put Torrey Lund, Sales Manager on the phone. He listened to my issues and said he understood why I was frustrated. He stated he would contact me when they were in agreement of what would be done. Since then the door lock was found to not function, but thankfully my son and fixed it. Inside the door that has the broken window regulator, the lever was disconnected. This verifies someone from their dealership was inside that door and was trying to fix this regulator prior to us buying it. I have called and emailed Torey and Raphael since with no return call. I will be calling Amir Azarpad, President of Florida Fine cars since the Managers had failed me. Anyone looking to purchase from them in the future, STAY CLEAR! More

Regret Purchasing a Car *They ended up doing the right thing I am an assistant general manager of a restaurant, I understand customer service extremely well.....this place has NONE. I bought a 2014 Toyota Rav4 e I am an assistant general manager of a restaurant, I understand customer service extremely well.....this place has NONE. I bought a 2014 Toyota Rav4 earlier this month. I had specifically asked if the car had a recent oil change, tire rotation, alignment, etc. basic car maintenance because I would be driving the car from south florida to Massachusetts for the holidays. I did not even get out of the state of Florida before my maintenance light went on. After getting up to Massachusetts I brought the car to a Toyota dealership where I had to spend $408.00. Guess what I had to spend that on? An oil change, tire rotation, air filter and alignment. I specifically asked those questions so I would not have to worry on the road. I understand they sell cars "as is" but the fact is I was lied to about the services. I would have gotten all of those items checked before my road trip if I had known that they DON'T check those things. It's a lot of fun going to the mechanic 11 days after purchasing a brand new car. I call Florida Fine cars to discuss this issue with them, they avoided ALL of my calls. Not one manager or general manager has called me back. I finally had to call and insist I be put on hold until the general manager came to the phone. I was told "Sweetie, that's not going to happen" by a manager. They are completely unprofessional, lying crooks. I asked both the manager and general manager what their procedure is when they get a car on their lot. Neither one of them could answer the question. They just want your money and nothing else. The manager told me the salesman I dealt with was fired. The general manager then said to me I have to speak with your salesman, I told him what the manager told me. Caught them in yet another lie. I regret purchasing a car from them. **Update: After many phone calls I was contacted via this website where Florida Fine Cars resolved the issue in a professional manner. Wish it hadn't of been so difficult but I am happy the issue has been taken care of. More
