The finance person, Jeff, was very pleasant, informational and easy to talk to, making that process very easy. The management would do well by trusting the salesperson who knows the customer best with multiple conversations over time and realizing the purchase is a two way street. The sale was almost lost over a couple very minor repairs needed, perhaps only totaling $100 in materials. More
