I was in town on business and drove my Chevy Tahoe from Phoenix, AZ. It was raining in San Diego and I was adjusting my driver seat when it would not allow me to move it forward to its original position. I Phoenix, AZ. I was unable to reach the pedal or brake and was in a panic since this happened at 4:30 on a Friday. I called the closest dealership which was Courtesy Chevrolet. Rafael answered the phone and I explained my situation. He told me to get to the dealership and he would have a look at it. I had to drive sitting as close as possible to the steering wheel and encountered massive traffic on the freeway since it was raining. I was panicking that I would not make the dealership in time, so I called back Rafael and he told me not to worry that he would ask the service department stay until I arrived there. I made it there with minutes to spare and Rafael greeted me as I pulled up. It didn't take more than 20 minutes and he came and told me it was fixed. They had to reset the motor and to my surprise he didn't charge me either! WOW! Now that's service! He told me to get home safe! I have my own business and I would hire Rafael in a second! He was professional, courteous, helpful and pleasant!!! I even hugged him when I left, he made me so happy! I believe companies have forgotten what drives their business and its friendly service. Its what makes us want to come back. Well Rafael did just that! I will have to return to San Diego for business and I will be driving again. But I now know that if I need someone to look at my truck while away from home, I know I will definitely be in good hands Courtesy Chevrolet and Rafael. More

I dropped my car off on a Saturday morning without an appointment for an oil change. Not only was my car accepted, I was informed of a recall and that was repaired as well. The car was done before I fi appointment for an oil change. Not only was my car accepted, I was informed of a recall and that was repaired as well. The car was done before I finished breakfast at a close by restaurant. When picked up my car, I found out that they went the extra mile and wash it as well. Great service! More

I bring my car in for an oil change, every now and then minor repairs. I always work with Rafael Ramirez, I think he is great.
