I had worked particularly with Rafael twice before this time, and I kept coming back mostly because of his professionalism and attention to details. John Benedetto was assisting him this time, which was great and gave me the chance to meet another amazing and professional sales representative. They both were very involved in taking care of my requests and delivered the car that I wanted in a very timely manner. The car in the color I wanted was not available on the lot. They both search all surrounding dealerships and found the one I wanted about 90miles away. John made sure to go get it that morning, drive it back, have it shined and serviced just in time for me to pick it up that same afternoon. Rafael had already negotiated the price for me and got the paperwork started. All it took is an additional 30 minutes to sign everything and be on my way out in time for a dinner date. Very efficient staff and amazing customer care. More
