Well, I was still tired out after the process, but John Vanik at Continental Nissan in LaGrange Highlands made the big difference. We never had the feeling that we were being pressured in any way. Instead, John answered all our questions and explained things as we went along. After I actually purchased the vehicle, he sat in the car and uploaded my telephone contacts into my car's system, showed me how to play music on the radio and have it come out as a more rich sound. John also explained all the great safety features on my car, the dashboard and where you open the hood and gas tank. Everyone we met at Continental had a welcoming/how can we help attitude. All in all a fun and pleasant buying experience. More
