After doing some research and determining the vehicle that I needed was a Murano, I walked in and was lucky enough to run into Rafael. He made the entire process so easy and made me feel very comfortable. He answered all of my questions and after 1 month still checks in to see how it's going. I had a few questions during this first month and he made himself available every time. Rafael was very patient, professional and knowledgable about the vehicle itself. Gave me great tips the day I took the car home. Sat with me and gave me a mini bootcamp on the basics before I drove away. I will definitely be returning to see him when my son starts driving soon and for my own upgrade..... More
