This was the first time I had gone to this dealership. I have always gone to the Ocala dealership but they never had the part I needed. I finally called the Leesburg dealership. I was pleasantly surprised I have always gone to the Ocala dealership but they never had the part I needed. I finally called the Leesburg dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to find they had the part in stock. I was able to make an appointment, get in, and get out in less than one week. Very courteous staff. More

I made a service appointment for my new Hyundai, when I arrived I was told there would be a 3-4 hour wait for my oil change! I said but I had an appointment, the service representative said to think of it arrived I was told there would be a 3-4 hour wait for my oil change! I said but I had an appointment, the service representative said to think of it as a doctors office visit. Being a retired MD I can say that in all my years I’ve never had a patient wait more than 30 minutes. This dealership is a joke. Call and try to talk to someone in service, good luck, they never answer the phones! More
