Very disappointed I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership, I have referred people to this dealership( my sister, brother in law and cousin) but this last visit was I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership, I have referred people to this dealership( my sister, brother in law and cousin) but this last visit was very disappointed. I came to look at a used 2014 sequoia and ended up making the purchase, during the test drive I noticed a few things with the vehicle that I was considered about and I had mentioned it to the sales guy. It was the tires they were really loud and out of balanced, the climate control knob was missing for the passenger side, the center console lid latch was broken so the lid is not secure and last the wheel lock key is missing. When signing the paperwork I let the finance guy know about all of the issues and asked if that can be taken care of he told me that they will try to look into it and I had asked him if that can be put in a due bill because I’ve had this done before and if it’s not on a due bill they won’t do anything but he said you have my word. So I took his word and signed the contract and was told to come back so they can take a look at the issues that was mentioned only to hear that they can’t do anything about them because one the tires are the way they are because they are what you consider a all terrain tires and that they are going to vibrate at freeway speeds and they make noise this is normal is what was said, then when it came to the climate control knob and the console lid they told me that they can’t fix them because the knob comes as an assembly so as the lid and that would have cost them on parts alone over $1200, mind you I paid $32k for this car and to hear someone tell you that it would have cost the dealership this much money to fix the none saftery issues on the car would have been pointless was very disappointing. As far as the wheel lock is concern it’s been 3 weeks since I have purchased the car and I’ve been back 3 times to the dealership to pick up the wheel lock key that they ordered and all 3 times the key is not correct. Now I’ve been waiting for a call from the used car manager to let me know if hopefully the correct key is in. It’s safe to say that this will be the last time I will come and purchase a car from you guys. It’s like those stories you hear from people saying once you purchase the car they treat you like you don’t know you anymore, no follow up calls no nothing. More
