Raffi at Fremont Toyota I’ve been living out of state for the past theee years for school so things have been super hectic coming down to the end of my lease. Without really knowing what options I had, I felt forced to make a quick decision because I thought the signing of papers and whole ordeal of signing a new lease would take way too long for me with my extremely busy schedule. Out of the blue, Raffi gives me a call and shoots me an email. I always brush off calls since I’m often at work and can’t talk, but emails always get to me. He consistently followed up with my emails and made the whole process so smooth that when I was able to take 2 days off from school and work, he made it so my new lease signing was literally in and out the door in 2 hours. Super perfect for my schedule. He’s very thorough and delivers everything as promised. I pretty much emailed him what I wanted and my budget and that’s exactly what I got. Would recommend Raffi a thousand times over! Hope he is still there when this new lease expires! More

Best Pricing, Quick Response, Good Selection I am from the Bay Area and was looking to purchase a Prius. I contacted the three Toyota dealerships in the area--San Francisco, Oakland, and Fremont I am from the Bay Area and was looking to purchase a Prius. I contacted the three Toyota dealerships in the area--San Francisco, Oakland, and Fremont. Raffi from Fremont was the fastest to respond and was available the next day to show me the Prius. The other dealerships eventually responded but Toyota Fremont had the best price point and a greater selection to choose from in terms of color options. Even though my first visit did not end with a purchase, I felt that Raffi was understanding and was not too pushy. A couple of weeks later 0% financing was available on the Prius and I contacted Raffi to set up a date. Even though he was schedule to begin at 12PM that day, Raffi was willing to come in at 11AM to assist me with my purchase (I originally wanted to start at 10AM). We negotiated a bit on pricing and it was very close to the quote he gave me a couple weeks back via email. We went for a quick test drive around the lot and then negotiated on the price of my Corolla trade-in. Although I quoted the price of my Corolla from the Kelley Blue Book, they were unable to match it and I felt that Raffi could have done a better job negotiating a better price for it with his supervisor. Once we agreed on the trade-in price, Raffi broke down the monthly payments, initiated the paperwork process, and told me that the Prius would be queued for detailing. I had to wait quite a while before being called into an office to complete and sign several papers. This process went smoothly, but I felt that the person (not Raffi) was a bit pushy on selling additional things such as warranties and packages, which I had already declined earlier with Raffi. Once all the paperwork was completed, I had to wait again for quite some time before detailing was finished. Raffi then showed me some basic functions and features of the Prius before I left the lot. Overall, I had a good experience as a first time buyer of a new car at a dealership. However, I felt that it took longer than necessary (or maybe it's just the standard for all dealerships?). I arrived at the dealership at 11AM and left with my brand new Prius at 3:40PM. Things I Liked: 1. Raffi was fast in responding to emails and answering the question at hand instead of beating around the bushes like agents from the other dealerships. 2. Toyota Fremont quoted the best price out of the three Toyota dealerships in the Bay Area (San Francisco, Oakland, Fremont). 3. Good color options available at the time. 4. I felt that Raffi was understanding and not too pushy. Things That Could Be Better: 1. Raffi could have tried harder to negotiate a better price for my trade-in. Since Raffi was not to pushy with his customers, he was probably not too pushy with his supervisors. Hard to know. 2. Wait times could be better--I felt like I spent more than 1.5 hours in waiting. I do not know what goes on behind the scene so this might not be a fair criticism. I would definitely recommend Toyota Fremont if you are looking for a car and want a fast response and fair pricing. Again, thanks, Raffi! I am enjoying my new Prius! More

I was in sort of a rush upon my first visit but he was in constant contact with me regarding an appointment to make the sale happen. I returned cause he was persistent but not too pushy. Once I got there I appreciate the internet manager Raffi working with me on the sale. He is a tough negotiator but fair. We both got what we wanted and the experience was pleasant. He is a very nice and calm guy. Glad to meet him. More

Extremely professional A friend suggested I go take a look at a Nissan Altima 2017 on sale great condition at Toyota dealer ship. when I called to set up an appointment I f A friend suggested I go take a look at a Nissan Altima 2017 on sale great condition at Toyota dealer ship. when I called to set up an appointment I first talked to Raffi Hashemi. Due to my busy scheduled, I only had a few hrs to come in the next day and look at the car. Raffi scheduled the appointment for 10;00 AM the next day with a different sales person due to the fact his work schedule was later that day. He was very helpful and courteous on the phone. The next day at 10:00 AM for my appointment I meat with Sam Wali, he explained he was going to help with the purchase of the Nissan Altima 2017. We went for a test drive, there was never any pressure to buy. My car shopping experience could not have been any easier. Thank you very much Sam for the great service you gave me. I will definitely recommend Sam & Raffi to friends and family . Thanks again, love my car. More

We were satisfied by the ser We worked with Raffi Hashemi, the Internet Sales Manager, and bought a new car from the dealership a couple of weeks ago. We were satisfied by the service provided by Raffi. Raffi appeared to be calm and friendly to us, spoke gently, and never pushed us into anything we were not comfortable with. The purchase started with we calling into the dealership over phone and asking for an OTD price of the car we are interested in together with some loan terms. Raffi was honest with us and we settled down the price after one or two rounds of negotiations - all over phone - we were then outside another Toyota dealership and simply wanted to shop around a few other dealers for a better price without having to physically visit them. As promised, we then drove to Fremont Toyota to meet with Raffi and check out the car. The ODO of the new car was 50-mile, which seemed to be on the high side, and we shared the concern with Raffi. Raffi listened, took the keys of quite a few other new cars of the same model/trim, and went to the parking space to go over their odometers one by one. Later he came back and presented us with one with 5-mile ODO. The purchase/loan went smoothly. For some reason we had to first leave in the afternoon without the new car but come back and pick it up at night. Fortunately Raffi's shift schedule was 1-9pm that day so this small request was also accommodated. More
