So very disappointed in the service work. They charged $275 to diagnose issue. We had supplied information that the roof hydraulic was good. They then said it would be an extra cost to fix an They charged $275 to diagnose issue. We had supplied information that the roof hydraulic was good. They then said it would be an extra cost to fix and remove head liner. We have seen it done prior and takes only 15 minutes. No parts were needed only adjust ment to cables and latch. Cost $825 out the door! They washed my car and tore off the front license plate and two Mercedes emblems on the wheels. I discovered this after leaving dealership and had to return for the fix and get my plate back. All looked good but when I got home noticed that the panels in the trunk had not been put back on after checking the hydraulic fluid for the roof issue. Such sloppy work! I will not be returning to the location for service again. More
