It’s always a pleasure working with Nichole at MB of Midlothian. It’s not just her, she is just the first point of contact when I schedule maintenance. The whole team is people who love cars. This was my first visit for service at the Midlothian location. I normally use the West Broad St location for service but due to a network outage condition I was sent to MB of Midlothian for a software u location. I normally use the West Broad St location for service but due to a network outage condition I was sent to MB of Midlothian for a software update. Regina was very pleasant and professional getting my profile and warranty information loaded in the computer system. This software update is a lengthy time intense process taking 2 hours plus to complete. Regina kept me informed multiple times during the update. More
